Regulatory Data Analyst

DCG is looking for a dedicated Regulatory Data Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring data integrity and compliance within complex regulatory environments, specifically focusing on DORA requirements and internal governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data across multiple internal systems, including sourcing, contracts, and ICT services.
• Support the design, validation, and reconciliation of data structures required for DORA ROI reporting.
• Coordinate with sourcing, risk, IT, and legal stakeholders to ensure data completeness and alignment.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, while proposing effective mitigation actions.
• Act as a data owner and quality lead, monitoring and improving data accuracy during operations.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data analysis, data management, or business analysis.
• Proven experience working with regulatory frameworks, preferably DORA, EBA, or ICT risk.
• Solid understanding of contractual data, sourcing, or third-party risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, with a strong analytical mindset.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
