Regular/Senior UX Designer

Spyrosoft is looking for Regular and Senior UX Designers to join the Qt Design Tools Unit. You will work on complex design tooling at the intersection of design and engineering, creating solutions for professional designers and developers who build production applications.

Key responsibilities

• Designing user flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns for complex product surfaces.
• Prototyping flows to test assumptions and validate directions before engineering implementation.
• Collaborating closely with engineers throughout the full development cycle to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Utilizing and contributing to the shared design system to ensure consistency across product areas.
• Managing the boundary between UX and visual design to ensure seamless product delivery.

Requirements

• Professional experience in UX design with a portfolio demonstrating solid work on flows and interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of the designer-developer workflow.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• For Senior roles: experience in design tooling, developer tools, or B2B software is highly valued.
• For Senior roles: ability to own product surfaces end-to-end and contribute to product strategy and user research.
