Regular/Senior Embedded Software Engineer (f/m)

We are currently seeking a Regular or Senior Embedded Software Engineer to contribute to the development of firmware for a battery-powered, portable ECG device featuring LTE, BLE, and USB connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and stabilize firmware on an RTOS-based system using NXP MCX N947 and Eclipse ThreadX.
• Implement BLE communication and data synchronization between devices.
• Develop USB device communication (High-Speed, MTP) for mobile app integration.
• Implement secure firmware update mechanisms over USB.
• Support peripheral hardware components including LEDs and vibration motors.
• Contribute to system architecture, cybersecurity, and secure boot implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience in embedded C development.
• Hands-on experience working with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
• Practical experience implementing BLE communication protocols.
• Proven experience with USB device functionality and firmware update processes.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
• Familiarity with embedded system architecture design and cybersecurity principles.
