Regular DevOps (Security mindset)

Join our platform team to help build, secure, and scale a production Azure environment.

What we do

We operate and develop a production Azure platform used by core business systems.
The team manages AKS workloads, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, databases, networking, and security — with automation and reliability built in.

Your responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform.

• Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.

• Automate operations with PowerShell and Bash.

• Package and deploy with containers and Helm.

• Operate and improve AKS clusters.

• Administer and tune Azure SQL.

• Design and troubleshoot networking (VNets, routing, DNS, firewalls).

• Embed security into IaC, pipelines, and deployments.

What we're looking for

Experience in most of:

• Terraform

• Azure DevOps CI/CD

• Helm & containers

• PowerShell & Bash

• AKS / Kubernetes

• Azure SQL

• Linux & Windows troubleshooting

• Networking (NSGs, firewalls, private endpoints, WAF/Front Door)

• Security best practices (RBAC, Key Vault, image scanning)

• DevOps pipelines, Docker, Helm

Depth in several areas matters more than being perfect in all.

Nice to have

• Identity, compliance, or security background

• Workflow orchestration or advanced automation

• IaC best practices

• CI/CD pipeline design

• Networking protocols or service mesh

• Kubernetes ecosystem experience

• Ability to mentor and support best practices

Using AI as a work multiplier

We use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to speed up development, improve quality, and support problem‑solving.
AI helps with exploration and automation, while engineers fully own the final output.
