Regular Business Project and Program Manager - Digital Acceleration

Winged IT is seeking an experienced Regular Business Project and Program Manager to join a leading global biotech company. You will support a strategic digital transformation initiative focused on accelerating the global adoption of a digital learning and training platform across international business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution by translating strategic objectives into clear plans, milestones, and actionable tasks.
• Coordinate cross-functional and international teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress against scope, timelines, and quality standards while implementing corrective actions.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings and steering committee updates to ensure effective decision-making and clear reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience, ideally within complex or strategic transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, or Lean.
• Proven ability to manage projects throughout their full lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Experience coordinating multinational, cross-functional teams in a matrix organizational environment.
• Fluent English (minimum C1) with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
