Regional Head of Partnerships

CoinPoker is an innovative crypto-poker platform that merges advanced blockchain technology with the excitement of online poker. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a Regional Head of Partnerships to drive our growth and player acquisition strategies in a key region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the regional partnerships P&L, including NGR, budget allocation, and the commercial performance of all deals.
• Drive new player acquisition and NGR growth by sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals with affiliates, streamers, and content creators.
• Identify and manage event sponsorships across live circuits, tours, and teams to enhance brand presence.
• Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to support activation and retention campaigns for partner-attributed users.
• Hire, onboard, and lead regional managers to ensure consistent standards in partner management and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing an iGaming player base through affiliation with demonstrable results in NGR terms.
• Strong experience in managing content-side partnerships and negotiating various deal structures including CPA and revenue share.
• Deep knowledge of the target region and fluency in its key language, alongside professional English proficiency.
• Experience owning a P&L or budget with genuine accountability for commercial outcomes.
• Ability to adapt to a challenger-brand position and think creatively beyond incumbent playbooks.
