Regional Business Development Manager Silvus (Europe)

Motorola Solutions is seeking a motivated Regional Business Development Manager to join the International Strategy team at Silvus Technologies. In this fully remote role, you will drive account growth and strategic commercial opportunities across Europe, helping to deliver advanced MANET radio technologies to mission-critical sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales lifecycle for regional accounts, from qualification to contract closing.
• Support and expand the regional channel partner network while ensuring product enablement.
• Analyze market conditions, procurement timelines, and competitive positioning to assist with demand forecasting.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows, industry events, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into actionable development roadmaps.

Requirements

• Professional experience in sales, account management, or business development within tactical communications, wireless technology, or defense sectors.
• Strong understanding of MANET ecosystems, RF networking, and wireless network integration.
• Ability to analyze regional procurement cycles and defense acquisition processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and relevant regional languages.
• Capability to work independently and build long-term relationships with strategic stakeholders.
