Recruitment Team Lead

TechBiz Global is a leading recruitment and software development company that provides IT recruitment, outstaffing, and consulting services to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to oversee our growing talent acquisition team and help us achieve our business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, helping them grow and hit performance goals.
• Ensure high-quality delivery for multiple client accounts, managing priorities and deadlines.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, client coordination, and candidate management.
• Set and monitor KPIs for individual recruiters and the team as a whole.
• Work closely with management to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment workflows, and internal tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of recruiters.
• Proven record of success in high-volume or niche recruitment projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English.
• Experience with ATS, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
