Recruitment Consultant, Spanish & Italian Speaking – Europe

WilsonHCG EMEA Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, utilizing cutting-edge recruitment strategies to identify and secure top-tier talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating feedback between clients and candidates.
• Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to engage both passive and active talent pools.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation packages, and recruitment processes to deliver high-value outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term success.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, ensuring that weekly and monthly hiring goals are consistently met.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, and candidate negotiation.
• Fluency in both Spanish and Italian is essential for this position.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and professional social media platforms.
