Recruitment Consultant, German Speaking - Poland

WilsonHCG is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, utilizing cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence to deliver top talent for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full selection process, including identifying candidates, conducting phone screens, and facilitating interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through proactive market research and bench management.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates for open positions.
• Consult with hiring managers regarding final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes to add value.
• Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and ensure all weekly and monthly hiring goals are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience in all aspects of recruiting, including passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, and candidate negotiation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while consistently exceeding performance expectations.
• Strong client focus with the ability to clearly articulate recruitment strategies and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent time management skills and the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and directions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a strong professional social media presence.
