Recruitment Consultant, French Speaking - Poland, Romania & South Africa

WilsonHCG EMEA Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients and a dedicated advocate for candidates, utilizing cutting-edge recruitment strategies to deliver top-tier talent across Poland, Romania, and South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating feedback between clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust network of talent through proactive market research and effective bench management.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates for open positions.
• Consult with hiring managers on selection processes, compensation, and recruitment strategies to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics and goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, and candidate negotiation.
• Fluency in both English and French is essential for this position.
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while consistently meeting performance goals.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and changing business needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with applicant tracking systems and professional social media platforms.
