Recruitment Consultant - Evergreen German Speaker

WilsonHCG EMEA Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative team. In this fully remote role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and an advocate for candidates, utilizing cutting-edge recruitment strategies to deliver top-tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for hire.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through proactive market research and bench management.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active talent.
• Consult with hiring managers on selection processes, compensation, and recruitment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and ensure all performance goals are consistently met.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including competitive market research and passive sourcing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while consistently meeting performance goals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage candidate pipelines and articulate recruitment strategies.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, applicant tracking systems, and professional social media platforms.
