Recruiting Coordinator

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of experts to our highest-value projects and ensure execution under demanding timelines.
• Work directly with leadership to design and implement efficient recruitment frameworks.
• Oversee and orchestrate the work of thousands of experts on our platform.
• Diagnose operational bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions to improve quality and cost-efficiency.
• Refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels using data to boost participant retention and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in attracting world-class talent within short time frames.
• Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
• Strong bias to action with the ability to operate with a high level of agency and independence.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track key metrics like LTV and CAC to make informed decisions.
