Recruiter

Finyard is a global team of engineers, data scientists, and financial experts dedicated to innovating in the FinTech space. We are currently seeking a Middle Recruiter to join our team and manage full-cycle recruitment processes for our international commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Managing full-cycle recruitment for BDM and Sales roles across Africa and Asia markets.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through LinkedIn and other professional channels.
• Conducting HR interviews to assess candidate motivation, communication style, and market fit.
• Coordinating interview stages with hiring managers and maintaining a healthy recruitment pipeline.
• Providing regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in international hiring.
• Proven experience hiring for commercial roles such as BDM or Sales Managers.
• Experience working with markets in Africa or Asia.
• Confidence in managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently from intake to offer.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills with an ownership mindset.
• Working proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
