Recruiter

Getlabs is the leading platform for at-home diagnostics, dedicated to saving lives by expanding access to healthcare services nationwide. We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team and help scale our clinical and operational workforce in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and operational roles, including phlebotomists and medical assistants.
• Partner with the Director of Talent to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that meet business needs.
• Evaluate candidates for clinical excellence and ensure they meet all necessary background check and credentialing requirements.
• Facilitate virtual New Hire Orientation classes and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, Quality, and HR teams to streamline workflows and improve the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role.
• Proven track record of being a solution-oriented self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments.
• Experience with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Lever ATS, Paylocity, Checkr, and other HR-related systems is highly preferred.
