Recruiter (French & English Speaking)

Orange Polska is seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our international Talent Acquisition Factory. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Cybersecurity positions across Europe, acting as a strategic partner to our technology leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Cybersecurity roles, ranging from technical specialists to senior leadership positions.
• Actively source and directly approach candidates using creative search strategies and modern recruitment tools.
• Partner closely with Cybersecurity, Technology, and Engineering leaders to identify talent needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
• Analyze the labor market to recommend optimal channels for reaching top talent and draft engaging job advertisements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a high-quality experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within the IT industry.
• Strong expertise in sourcing and direct search, with knowledge of modern talent acquisition methods.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and build trusted partnerships.
• Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
