Recruiter (French & English Speaking)

Orange Polska is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Factory. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment projects across Europe, focusing on identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our IT and Cybersecurity departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Cybersecurity roles, ranging from technical specialists to senior leadership positions.
• Actively source and directly approach candidates using creative search strategies and modern recruitment tools.
• Partner closely with technology and engineering leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers throughout the entire hiring process.
• Analyze labor market trends and recommend optimal channels to reach and engage top talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within the IT industry.
• Strong expertise in sourcing and direct search methodologies.
• Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level) is essential for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
