Recruiter and Interviewer Application

Day Translations is seeking a dedicated and professional Recruiter and Interviewer to join our global HR team. In this fully remote role, you will play a critical part in shaping our company culture by identifying and evaluating top-tier talent through structured video interviews and performance-based assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multiple video interviews daily with applicants across various roles to assess their suitability.
• Lead structured role-playing calls to evaluate real-time communication skills and job-specific performance.
• Study each job position thoroughly to understand the required skills and characteristics for success.
• Screen candidates for growth mindset, professionalism, and alignment with our organizational values.
• Maintain detailed notes and provide comprehensive feedback within our recruitment system.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in recruiting and interviewing, preferably within fast-paced or remote environments.
• Confident and engaging video presence with the ability to maintain high standards on camera.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with a strong sense of professional accountability.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assess character and cultural fit with precision.
