Recruiter- Manufacturing positions

Cielo is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team, focusing on manufacturing positions. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional talent acquisition services while providing proactive communication and consultative expertise to hiring leaders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to define position specifications and provide market-based recommendations.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using Boolean search techniques, resume databases, and professional networking sites.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct phone interviews, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate slate.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, negotiate terms, and drive candidate acceptance.
• Maintain accurate reporting of recruitment activities and ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience within a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Proficiency in recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition principles, practices, and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide consultative guidance to stakeholders.
• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.
