QuickBooks Accounting Specialist

micro1 is seeking experienced QuickBooks Accounting Specialists to contribute to an innovative AI training project. In this role, you will leverage your professional accounting expertise to review workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies to help refine and improve AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Work extensively with QuickBooks Online and Desktop platforms.
• Manage daily invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Generate and review critical financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
• Maintain and organize the Chart of Accounts, customer databases, and vendor information.
• Identify accounting errors and resolve complex workflow issues.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
• Strong background in professional bookkeeping or accounting practices.
• Demonstrated experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Professional experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or finance professional.
