Quality Engineer

ManpowerGroup is looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest standards of software quality. You will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks for complex integrations, supporting our mission to deliver reliable and compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain Robot Framework and additional automated test scripts for Veeva Vault and MuleSoft integrations.
• Automate functional, regression, UI, API and data validation testing and execute suites before releases.
• Analyze results, triage failures, manage defects and maintain traceability in Jira and XRAY.
• Prepare Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Summary Reports and traceability matrices.
• Support GxP and CSV-aligned validation by producing audit-ready evidence.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of Quality Assurance experience, including at least 3–4 years with Robot Framework.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Tosca or a similar automation tool.
• Hands-on Jira and XRAY experience for test management, traceability and defects.
• Experience creating formal testing documentation and working in regulated or GxP environments.
• Strong written English for audit-facing documentation.
