Quality Engineer

Yopeso is a software development company with 20 years of experience, dedicated to fostering growth, transparency, and professional excellence. We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team and help scale our test automation capabilities in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks using TypeScript and Playwright for Web, API, and data components.
• Integrate Playwright test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing and high software quality.
• Collaborate with developers to implement shift-left testing and build testability into features from the start.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices and drive automation improvements with minimal oversight.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate the creation and maintenance of test scripts and streamline investigation workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and hands-on production experience with Playwright.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies including functional, regression, and API testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and bug tracking tools such as Jira.
• Comfort using GenAI tools to enhance automation and testing efficiency.
