Quality Development (QDT) Specialist

True Footage is a real estate valuation company dedicated to reinventing how the world values, buys, and sells homes. We are looking for a Quality Development (QDT) Specialist to ensure our valuation products and services meet the highest industry standards through robust quality assurance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct appraisal quality audits to ensure full compliance with internal and industry standards.
• Analyze revision data to identify trends and develop actionable strategies for optimizing results.
• Provide data-driven insights to Appraiser Leadership through regular performance reporting.
• Coach and mentor appraisers to minimize revisions and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.
• Maintain and enhance quality control workflows to support internal teams and client requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a certified appraiser with a minimum of five years of professional experience.
• Strong ability to identify potential issues and areas for improvement within appraisal reports.
• Proficient in analyzing market trends, adjustments, and anomalies that impact report quality.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering feedback and collaborating with team members.
• Deep understanding of appraisal-specific quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
