Quality control specialist for AI/ ML with Polish language

TSMG is currently seeking detail-oriented Quality Control Specialists to join a project focused on enhancing AI-driven speech recognition systems. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that AI-generated transcripts meet high standards of accuracy, readability, and linguistic precision by reviewing and refining text data.

Key responsibilities

• Review completed display transcription tasks to ensure they align with project guidelines and original lexical transcripts.
• Verify the correct application of punctuation, capitalization, and text normalization rules for numbers, dates, and currencies.
• Identify and correct formatting errors while ensuring the original meaning and intent of the speech are preserved.
• Utilize reference audio to resolve ambiguous cases and maintain consistent quality standards across all assigned tasks.
• Provide constructive feedback and flag recurring issues to help improve overall project output and accuracy.

Requirements

• Excellent written proficiency in Polish, demonstrating a strong grasp of grammar and language conventions.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in formatted text.
• Proven ability to follow complex, detailed guidelines and apply them consistently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and basic computer literacy to manage tasks independently.
• Prior experience in transcription, proofreading, or linguistic annotation projects is considered a significant advantage.
