Quality Assurance Lead

.intent is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to oversee testing strategies for our mobile and IoT product ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our quality standards, mentoring the team, and ensuring the seamless integration of automated testing practices within our development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive testing strategies for mobile and IoT products.
• Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
• Introduce and optimize QA tools, including test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
• Define quality metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear acceptance criteria.
• Oversee diverse testing types, including functional, E2E, performance, and security testing.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of software testing experience, with a focus on mobile and IoT projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA leadership role, managing testing practices and teams.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools such as Cypress, Appium, Postman, and Robot Framework.
• Strong technical understanding of BLE, API testing, AWS, and Firebase environments.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English at a B2+ level.
