Quality Assurance Engineer Lead/Senior

Digital Forms is seeking a pragmatic Lead or Senior QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, sustainable software solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to test complex systems, including Salesforce-based platforms, SaaS implementations, and AI-driven process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex features and systems.
• Design and execute functional, regression, exploratory, performance, and load tests.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to build quality into the development process from the start.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of quality.
• Integrate testing activities into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous quality assurance.

Requirements

• Experience as a QA engineer in cloud-based or SaaS projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with API testing, including REST principles and tools like Postman.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Proficiency with test management tools and issue tracking systems such as Jira.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts for effective data validation.
