Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

ALTEN Polska is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our Agile engineering team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality software solutions by designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies within a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Perform manual, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing to ensure software reliability.
• Test APIs and web services using tools like Postman or JMeter.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to support CI/CD processes and release validation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, and API testing tools.
• Strong understanding of SQL and database management (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Git, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Very good command of English (B2+ level).
