Quality Assurance Analyst

Renewed Vision is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. In this role, you will be responsible for testing new and existing functionality, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating closely with our development team to maintain the highest standards of software performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive testing on new and existing features to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Create and maintain detailed test cases to improve coverage and ensure alignment with software behavior.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report software defects with clear and concise documentation.
• Drive process improvements by introducing innovative ideas to enhance testing efficiency and workflow quality.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and working toward shared goals.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of ProPresenter and its expected functional behaviors.
• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance role or a similar technical field.
• Proficiency with test management tools like TestRail and issue-tracking platforms such as Jira.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively document and report findings.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
