QA Triage & Execution Analyst (Pipeline Operator)

HeadSpin is seeking a dedicated QA Triage & Execution Analyst to ensure the stability, accuracy, and signal quality of automated test execution. In this role, you will be responsible for systematically analyzing, debugging, and resolving failing scripts across our pipelines to maintain high standards of software quality.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor automated pipelines within Azure DevOps environments.
• Categorize test failures by distinguishing between test defects, environment issues, data problems, and code errors.
• Perform script-level debugging and root cause analysis for automation scripts written in Playwright or Selenium.
• Identify and resolve issues such as flaky selectors, synchronization timing problems, assertion mismatches, and data dependencies.
• Validate API failures using tools like Postman or GraphQL and inspect logs via App Insights and pipeline telemetry.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on UI and API troubleshooting.
• Proven experience working with test automation lifecycles and observability tools like Azure monitoring.
• Ability to track failure trends and provide detailed triage reporting to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with inspecting logs and telemetry to pinpoint technical bottlenecks.
