QA Specialist – AI Product Testing & Support

micro1 is seeking a dedicated QA Specialist to join a client-facing initiative focused on an innovative AI-driven video generation platform. In this role, you will play a critical part in training next-generation AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input and ensuring the platform meets rigorous performance and usability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough manual testing on an AI-driven video generation platform to evaluate functionality, usability, and performance.
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs, delivering detailed reports to technical teams for rapid resolution.
• Engage directly with clients to provide expert technical support and communicate complex information with clarity.
• Develop and execute test cases and user scenarios to validate product updates and new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer feedback is leveraged for product enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in quality assurance practices, including manual testing and bug tracking in SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and familiarity with modern web and mobile testing tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and reliability.
• Availability to work according to a Pacific Time (PT) project structure.
