QA manual (with AI knowledge)

Spyrosoft is looking for an experienced QA Manual Tester to join a project for the UK financial sector. You will work on business-critical applications in a highly regulated environment, leveraging modern AI-driven approaches to enhance quality assurance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Document test results, report defects, and validate business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Compliance teams.
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to improve test design, analysis, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for QA process improvements and AI adoption within the project.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manual Testing.
• Proven experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech sectors.
• Strong knowledge of STLC, defect management, and UK banking processes.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily QA activities.
• Excellent command of English (B2+/C1) and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
