QA Leader

Link Group is seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee end-to-end quality assurance activities for complex data integration, data warehouse, and analytics platforms. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and performance of data-driven solutions within a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage comprehensive test strategies, plans, and release governance processes.
• Lead ETL/ELT, functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing efforts.
• Ensure rigorous data validation, reconciliation, quality assurance, and accurate source-to-target mapping.
• Manage QA resources, oversee defect resolution, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Drive test automation initiatives and implement continuous quality improvements across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a QA leadership role.
• Strong expertise in ETL/Data testing and advanced SQL skills.
• Proven experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark/PySpark.
• Proficiency in Python/PyTest, REST API testing, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Experience working in Agile environments and leading distributed, cross-functional teams.
