QA Gaming Tester (Remotely)

Description

We are looking for Game QA Testers to support a PC game project (Steam) with a planned transition to console testing (Xbox / PlayStation) in later stages. The work is dedicated to our Partner, specializes in producing and distributing games on various platforms. The project focuses on manual game testing, build verification, and high-quality bug reporting. This is a remote, project-based cooperation with flexible workload depending on milestones.

Requirements

• Min 2 years of experience as a Game QA Tester / Game Tester
• Hands-on experience with PC game testing
• Good understanding of manual QA processes
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail, YouTrack or similar)
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)
• Stable internet connection and availability for remote work

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of PC game builds (functional, regression, smoke tests)
• Identify, reproduce, and clearly document bugs and issues
• Write high-quality bug reports (steps to reproduce, expected vs actual results, screenshots/videos)
• Test gameplay mechanics, UI/UX, controls, and stability
• Support multiplayer testing (where applicable)
• Re-test fixes and validate new builds
• Multiplayer testing for the Simulator game (January-February); from March testing new phases: support console (Xbox / PlayStation) and PC testing
