QA Engineer with French

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Specialist to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of data and delivery processes for digital content products. The role will primarily focus on the French market, with potential involvement in other international markets in the future.

This position combines quality assurance, data monitoring, client communication, and process improvement. It is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with data, understands the importance of accuracy, and can communicate confidently with both internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Test, check, and monitor data and delivery processes for digital content products, primarily for the French market.

• Review data outputs and final client deliveries to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.

• Communicate with clients in French, including support during client calls and in-person meetings related to data quality and monitoring.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve existing processes, products, and quality assurance standards.

• Support the introduction of new measurement technologies and help ensure they are properly adopted.

• Act as the main escalation point for quality and monitoring-related questions from team members.

• Document and maintain quality assurance procedures, process guidelines, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to solve problems independently.

• Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external clients.

• Ability to manage tasks, follow up on actions, and keep documentation up to date.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of digital products, digital tagging, analytics, or measurement technologies.

• Experience in a client-facing role or providing direct client support.

• Project management skills and experience driving tasks or documentation to completion.
