QA Engineer (Python / UiPath / API testing / GenAI)

Link Group is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance & Test Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in defining test strategies and executing automated testing across traditional software layers, including UI, REST APIs, and SQL databases, as well as cutting-edge Generative AI ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Generative AI applications, RAG frameworks, and AI-driven chatbots.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for factual accuracy, consistency, and hallucination detection.
• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and utility scripts using Python.
• Develop automated API test suites and execute end-to-end automation scripts for RPA workflows using UiPath.
• Perform backend data reconciliation and database verification using complex SQL queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists and Software Engineers within an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in software quality engineering and test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Python for test automation and API testing.
• Practical experience with UiPath Studio, Test Suite, and Orchestrator.
• Solid background in REST API testing and SQL for database validation.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation concepts such as prompt testing and agentic workflow validation.
• Excellent analytical mindset and strong communication skills in English.
