QA Engineer

Vazco is looking for a QA Engineer to join our team, where quality is treated as a continuous, integral part of the product development lifecycle. We are seeking someone who goes beyond simple test cases to influence product design, user experience, and engineering quality while leveraging AI to make testing smarter and faster.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of QA processes in projects, from initial planning to execution and continuous improvement.
• Integrate AI-supported practices into the QA workflow, including test generation, requirement analysis, and automation of repetitive tasks.
• Analyze requirements early to identify gaps, risks, and ambiguities before development begins.
• Design and maintain automated test suites while testing features across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and clients to identify UX issues and solve quality challenges proactively.

Requirements

• Proven experience with test automation tools such as TypeScript and Playwright.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Active use of AI tools in QA workflows with the ability to demonstrate concrete improvements in efficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying edge cases.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, with experience working directly with clients.
