QA Engineer

At Vazco, we believe quality is a continuous process that shapes how products are built from day one. We are looking for a QA Engineer who sees beyond test cases, understands user needs, and wants to influence how products are designed and delivered in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of QA processes in the project, from planning to execution and improvement.
• Introduce and develop AI-supported practices across the QA process to measurably speed up delivery.
• Analyze requirements early to identify gaps, risks, and ambiguities before development starts.
• Design and maintain automated test suites, including E2E, regression, and integration tests.
• Identify UX issues and quality risks, actively participating in solving problems rather than just reporting bugs.

Requirements

• Experience working with test automation tools such as TypeScript and Playwright.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Active use of AI tools in QA work with concrete examples of how they improved your efficiency.
• Ability to introduce AI-driven improvements into the QA process and share these practices with the team.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of testing processes and engineering practices.
