QA Engineer

Railsware is seeking a dedicated QA Engineer to join the TradeZella team, a platform focused on trading journaling and education. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about end-to-end product quality and possesses genuine experience in the trading domain, whether through professional work or personal interest.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, test functionality, and identify defects, potential confusions, and edge cases.
• Own the investigation of complex customer issues through L3 support, driving root cause resolution.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and improve overall system reliability.
• Improve QA practices and elevate debugging standards, including the adoption of AI-driven workflows.
• Support product releases and ensure stable rollouts with active post-release follow-up.

Requirements

• Strong experience with manual testing and end-to-end validation, including solid UX testing skills.
• Hands-on day trading experience in any market, with the ability to explain a trading strategy.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, including log analysis and understanding of web architectures.
• Experience with version control systems and a proactive mindset toward workflow optimization.
• Fluent English communication skills and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
