QA Engineer

Micro1 is expanding its expert network and seeking a skilled QA Engineer to support high-volume engineering evaluation work. In this role, you will leverage your testing expertise to review, evaluate, and improve the quality of technical outputs, ensuring they meet rigorous standards through both manual and automated testing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.
• Perform manual and automated testing while documenting results with clear, reproducible steps.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using structured reporting systems.
• Evaluate and rate technical outputs against defined quality criteria and rubrics.
• Provide detailed written feedback and annotations to drive continuous improvement in output quality.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a QA Engineer, SDET, or Test Engineer.
• Strong grasp of QA fundamentals including test case design, bug tracking, and regression testing.
• Expertise in utilizing test management tools and bug tracking systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings clearly through written reports.
