QA Engineer – Agentic Memory Testing

Intellias is seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join a project focused on building an enterprise-grade AI Agent Platform from the ground up. You will play a critical role in validating agent memory capabilities, ensuring that AI agents reliably retain, retrieve, and manage contextual information across individual conversations and multiple sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute functional tests for short-term and long-term agent memory, including cross-session recall.
• Validate memory extraction strategies to ensure that summaries, facts, and preferences are captured accurately.
• Develop Python-based automated tests for agent memory workflows and API-driven services.
• Test memory lifecycle behaviors, such as TTL expiration, deletion, and namespace isolation.
• Collaborate with AI and platform engineers to identify memory-related defects and improve overall agent reliability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA engineering experience specifically for AI/ML or conversational AI systems.
• Proven expertise in testing stateful agent behaviors, including context retention and personalization.
• Strong proficiency in functional test automation for API-driven services using Python.
• Solid understanding of regression testing methodologies and memory isolation validation.
