QA Business Analyst (German Speaking)

SNI is a trusted IT outsourcing partner delivering successful projects for prestigious global firms. We are currently seeking a QA Business Analyst with German language proficiency to join our team and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical development.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and manage defect tracking processes.
• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies including unit, integration, system, regression, and E2E testing for enterprise banking portals.
• Validate microfrontend UIs built with React and TypeScript while testing REST APIs and Kafka event-driven backends.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like Playwright, Gauge, Cucumber, or Selenium within CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile Scrum or Kanban teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in both German and English is mandatory for this role.
• Extensive experience as a Software Test or QA Engineer with a strong background in business analysis.
• Proven expertise in testing React/TypeScript microfrontends and Java/Kotlin/Spring Boot APIs.
• Solid understanding of Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as OpenShift or ArgoCD.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred.
