QA Automation Engineer with AI Experience

iTeamly is looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team and take full ownership of product quality. In this role, you will leverage modern automation frameworks and AI-driven tools to ensure the reliability of our software, directly influencing our release processes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain E2E, API, and integration tests using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Integrate automated testing suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery.
• Utilize AI tools to generate and maintain test cases while critically evaluating their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to transform requirements into robust, testable scenarios.
• Investigate production issues using observability tools and incorporate findings back into the test suite.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Hands-on proficiency with Playwright or Cypress and API testing tools.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes, web networking, and database technologies like MySQL or MongoDB.
• Practical experience with AWS, logging, and debugging in cloud environments.
• Proven ability to assess quality risks and make informed release decisions.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1+ level).
