QA Automation Engineer - Rust, GxP

Nagarro is a global digital product engineering company seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to enhance our platform's automated document-generation capabilities. You will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust automated tests and quality gates to ensure the correctness, consistency, and audit readiness of qualification documents within a validated system environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test frameworks specifically for complex document-generation workflows.
• Validate generated documents against established business rules, system states, and required templates.
• Implement CI/CD quality gates to prevent regressions and ensure high-quality output.
• Test integrations with Document Management Systems, focusing on versioning, metadata, and audit trails.
• Ensure full traceability, data integrity, and compliance across all automated validation processes.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Software or Data Engineering with a focus on scalable platforms.
• Strong, hands-on experience developing production-grade applications using Rust.
• Expertise in automated document generation, template engines, and structured data transformation.
• Working knowledge of GxP and Computer System Validation (CSV) concepts and regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to integrate workflows with enterprise Document Management Systems.
