QA- Test Engineer

Uvation is seeking an experienced Software QA & Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through robust manual and automated testing processes, while adopting modern AI-powered testing tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define test objectives and develop comprehensive test strategies.
• Perform detailed manual and exploratory testing to uncover potential issues early in the development lifecycle.
• Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for web and mobile applications using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Execute performance, scalability, and stress tests to monitor application behavior under heavy load.
• Utilize AI-powered testing tools for visual regression and intelligent defect identification.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in a Software QA role with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
• Strong proficiency in automation frameworks and cross-browser testing tools like BrowserStack or LambdaTest.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enhanced testing tools such as Testim, Applitools, or Tricentis Tosca.
• Advanced knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
