Python Engineer (with LangGraph)

Intellias is seeking a skilled Python Engineer to join our Core Architecture Team, focusing on the design and maintenance of stateful AI agent workflows. You will play a pivotal role in building a comprehensive software ecosystem for innovative IoT products, ensuring high performance and reliability across our digital engineering platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex AI agent workflows using LangGraph and Python.
• Develop and maintain graph-based orchestration logic, including nodes, edges, and state transitions.
• Implement robust workflow checkpointing and recovery mechanisms using backends like Redis or PostgreSQL.
• Create Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows to manage approval, escalation, and intervention scenarios.
• Develop asynchronous execution patterns and implement OpenTelemetry tracing to ensure system observability.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph or LangChain for agent orchestration.
• Strong proficiency in asynchronous programming using Python asyncio.
• Deep understanding of retry, timeout, and fallback patterns within agent workflows.
• Experience with checkpointing systems and multi-agent workflow testing.
