Python Developer with GenAI

YourITeams is looking for a skilled Python Developer with a strong focus on Generative AI to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend services and integrating advanced AI-enabled solutions to meet the needs of our international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and applications using Python.
• Architect and implement solutions based on LLMs and Generative AI, focusing on agentic AI and orchestration.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks.
• Implement effective prompt and context management strategies to ensure high-quality, structured outputs.
• Evaluate and monitor AI system performance to ensure reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience in Python development and backend architecture.
• Proven track record in creating and integrating REST APIs, with specific expertise in FastAPI.
• Practical experience with LLM lifecycles, agentic AI, and tool integration.
• Project experience with major public cloud providers such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, automated testing, and containerization tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, at a C1 level or higher.
