Python Developer with DevOps skills (f/m/x)

We are looking for a skilled Senior Python Developer with devops skills to join our Polish team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for optimizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and improving CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with high-scale infrastructure teams and key partners to enhance public cloud resource management and contribute to the development of high-quality tooling for capacity planning needs. Your tasks

• Optimizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools using Terraform and Kubernetes

• Improving CI/CD pipelines for automated processing

• Troubleshooting infrastructure jobs to ensure smooth operations

• Collaborating with high-scale infrastructure teams to enhance automated maintenance processes

• Working with security and production services engineers to improve public cloud resource management

• Partnering with service owners to deliver high-quality tooling for capacity planning

• Contributing to the code improvement of the DBX Infrastructure Stack

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role

• Very good skills in programming with Python

• Fluent in Terraform and GCP

• Practical experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines

• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture

• Great analytical skills

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

• Fluent Polish

• Very good English skills

Nice-to-have requirements

• Familiarity with AWS
