Python Developer with AWS

Andersen is seeking a skilled Python Developer with AWS expertise to join a project focused on modernizing a digital mortgage platform. You will contribute to building scalable cloud-based banking solutions, enhancing infrastructure, and improving the overall customer experience for a leading financial services provider.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver medium-sized engineering tasks and solution designs independently to support platform resilience.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Apply software design principles such as KISS, DRY, and SOLID to ensure scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team through code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions, and Terraform.
• Proven experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Git, version control, and modern deployment workflows.
• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
