Python Developer – Senior (AI & Data Integration)

SOFTSWISS is expanding its AI capabilities and is seeking a Senior Python Developer to join the dedicated AI Software Delivery team. You will play a pivotal role in designing and building sophisticated AI-enabled solutions, including RAG systems and autonomous agents, while ensuring robust and scalable architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborating within an agile team to participate in the strategic planning of the AI roadmap.
• Designing and implementing production-ready RAG pipelines and agentic workflows leveraging internal data.
• Integrating Model Context Protocols to standardize how AI tools interact with diverse data sources.
• Conducting code reviews and maintaining high standards for documentation and testability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years focused on Python.
• Strong understanding of Python internals, including asynchronous programming and performance profiling.
• Proven experience building RAG systems and working with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes for deploying and scaling containerized applications.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and observability tools like the ELK stack.
