Python Developer AI

Link Group is looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our team and focus on building advanced AI agents. You will play a key role in designing solutions that automate data engineering workflows and enhance developer productivity through innovative agentic technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents that support and automate complex data engineering workflows.
• Build and integrate agent capabilities directly within modern IDE environments to streamline development.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and create reusable tools and prompts.
• Optimize agent performance, reliability, and response quality through continuous testing and validation.
• Document agent architectures and establish best practices for implementation across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong Python development skills with a focus on automation and building developer tooling.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• Practical knowledge of agentic AI concepts, including multi-step workflows, tools, and skills.
• Experience designing and implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
• Solid understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and prompt engineering best practices.
• Proficiency with Git, modern software development workflows, and Agile methodologies.
